They are so nice and warm, and were always very responsive to all our inquiries! They made us feel right at home 🙂
The house is conveniently located, only 3 minutes from the main supermarket (Superfoods), which has everything you can possibly need, including a very affordable cafeteria. The house is also 3 min away from the main road that will take you to the most amazing beaches. From the house, you can reach the Northern tip of the island, with a beautiful lighthouse. Around there, we found our favorite beach, Arashi Beach.
The house had a beautiful terrace where we had all our meals and used the barbecue. The pool was also amazing to have to alternate with going to the beach.
Inside the house, the Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook.
The rooms were super clean and it was nice that each one had its own bathroom.
Kiki also made sure the house was cleaned once a week and gave us new sheets towels. Can't wait to return!

Wij zijn hier de afgelopen twee weken op vakantie en familiebezoek geweest. Wij verbleven in de mango casita en het was echt top. Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad in de tuin was heerlijk om te relaxen. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven. Kiki en Frans zijn ook hele vriendelijke hosts. Wij hadden een auto van familie bij het huisje, en dit (een auto huren) is wel echt een aanrader als je op het eiland bent!

Great private accommodations if you don't mind driving. You'll need a car to get to the beach, but you are also literally 5-7 mins by car from the beach, and only a few mins from the most food stores. Owners live next door and are easily reachable if you have a question or a concern. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Wij verbleven 12 dgn in de Palm casita. Van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Badhanddoeken, strandlakens, strandstoelen, koelbox en snorkelspullen liggen er ook om te gebruiken. Van het zwembad hebben we ook erg genoten, vooral onze kinderen van 15 en 9 jaar. Kiki en Frans zijn erg lieve mensen, heel gastvrij. Ze hebben ook leuke tips waar je goed kan eten en de mooie plekjes van Aruba. De locatie is ook ideaal, je bent in 5 min bij Eagle beach en een grote supermarkt (jumbo concept) om de hoek.Wij kijken terug op een fantastische vakantie! Wij zouden hier zeker weer terugkomen en bij iedereen aanbevelen.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Aruba, I highly recommend this lovely Airbnb! It was absolutely perfect for our family of three and we so enjoyed feeling part of the local neighborhood and avoiding the touristy hotel area. We loved the comfortable outdoor patio and swimming pool, it was a true pleasure to return from a hot day at the beach and jump into your own refreshing pool! The hosts were amazingly kind and so helpful in suggesting local sightseeing spots and restaurants. I think anyone would be happy staying at this Airbnb.

Kiki and Frans, words can not describe how wonderful you made our Aruban experience. From you quick responses to your delicious local suggestions. We were impressed with how modern yet comfortable our stay was. We were in awe with the beautiful gardens and the private pool. We were able to go out and about and explore the town and then come back to peaceful atmosphere thank you so much once again. P.s. we will never forget our egg holder/ shot glasses.

We arrived early evening, Kiki and Franz were there at our arrival. They took the time to show us all the detail of the casita (condo). Everything was impeccable. We spent 9 days on site. I really have nothing negative to say, beds are very confortable, showers are large and great pressure. Excellent kitchen and accessories and a small living room and TV. We spent most of our time on the large patio which has a large table and chairs for four and a smaller one that we used to take the appetizers and drinks. The location is excellent, you can walk to both Chengs and Food Plaza that are near by. You can also walk to Eagle beach in 15 to 20 minutes. This is convenient because you can easily get by without a rental car. I highly recommend this place.

Ons verblijf op Bubali garden home was boven verwachting. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Alles zag er schoon en heel vezorgd uit, echt een gezellig thuis. Vooral de tuin was heerlijk rondom het huis zodat je alle kanten op kan zon of schaduw, en niet te vergeten het heerlijke zwembad. Ook erg fijn was de patio met mooie bloemen, waardoor de vlinders en kolibries worden aangetrokken. Het mooie strand Eagle beach in de buurt en een grote supermarkt Super Food waar je alles kan krijgen wat je maar wikt hebben. Frans en Kiki zijn gezellige en vooral zorgzame en meedenkend mensen, het was fijn ze in de buurt te hebben. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad onze eerste keer op Aruba en via Airbnb was het een hele goede ervaring. Een volgende keer gaan we zeker weer voor dit vakantiehuis van Frans en Kiki.

Kiki and Franz have a lovely place that's just a 5 min drive from Eagle Beach, one of the top spots in Aruba with white powder sand and plenty of cabanas. It's walking distance from Super Food, a supermarket and several restaurants. The house is clean and beautifully furnished with enough space for a family of four, well-stocked with utensils in the kitchen, plenty of patio furniture, and a lovely pool. Kiki and Franz also have beach chairs, a cooler, and a couple of snorkeling fins to use during the stay. Kiki and Franz are locals and know the island really well...and offered us plenty of suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try. Even before we landed Kiki advised us to rent a car from Wheels2Go, a local company and that proved a lot cheaper than going to the big chains. We spent a week Nov 17-24, and on the day we landed Kiki told us about the annual beach tennis championship and the weekend party that accompanies it. We wouldn't have known anything about the event if she hadn't told us to check it out. We loved the music, food, and the atmosphere at the game and the party afterwards. Franz suggested we try snorkeling at Mangel Halto, after our earlier expedition on a boat turned out not to be as exciting as we imagined. And Mangel Halto turned out to have a lot more marine life than our earlier attempt. Would highly recommend Mango Casita!

The Mango Casita was a great place to stay during our trip to Aruba. Located on a quiet road in the Noord area, the Casita was well appointed, beautifully landscaped with palms and flowering plants, and was a great home base for exploring and experiencing the island while being removed from the hustle and bustle of the resort area. We found the casita to be well stocked with almost everything you will need for your trip including coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and a kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, a coffeemaker, blender and toaster and a gas and charcoal grill. We rented a car during our stay and recommend doing the same. While a great grocery store and some restaurants are walkable, getting to beaches, restaurants and other points of interest are a quick and easy drive. It is also very helpful to explore other parts of the island that are a bit farther away. We found the outdoor terrace space immediately adjacent to the casita with a dining table and outdoor seating area a great place to relax. The small pool which was cleaned daily by the host and twice weekly by a pool company was a great asset with ample chaise lounges and an outdoor couch. Be aware that the pool area is completely shared by both the casitas on the property and that the other casita is located in very close proximity to the Mango Casita’s outdoor space. There are large potted palms for privacy and for the most part this was fine, but at times we felt that the four guests in the other unit were right on top of us, and we couldn’t fully enjoy the space because of their presence. In terms of the shared pool, we gave them space when they were using the pool but we were not afforded the same by them. They went out of their way to make their presence known while we were trying to enjoy the pool. On more than one occasion all four of them got into the small pool while we were floating, and even remarked to me “We’re back-no more peace and quiet for you” when they returned home and immediately came outside. When they were not home however, the pool was great. If you prefer absolute privacy and sole use of a pool Bubali Gardens isn’t the place for you, but despite this minor issue we enjoyed using the space. Kiki and Frans were gracious and hospitable hosts, responsive and kind. I would definitely consider the Mango Casita on a return trip to Aruba.

Clean and friendly, fully equipped. Kiki and Frans are amazing host! When our family of four arrived to our home "for a week," we were greeted with great smiles and happiness. After all, it is One Happy Island. They were very helpful in every aspect of our vacation. I suggest you ask them questions about the sights in Aruba (the light house, red anchor, baby beach), where do the locals eat (Zeerovers *****) . It's also a bit windy...but it's an island in the Caribbean what's not to love. I suggest you rent a car to enjoy this whole little piece of heaven on earth and you will need it to get to the beach. My wife and I stayed in the Mango, one of the two rental casitas owned by super hosts Kiki and Frans situated in a quiet location, but near to amenities.
Our accommodation was clean and modern with two spacious bedrooms both en suite. The outside living area and surrounding gardens are well kept and are a credit to Kiki and Frans. The shared pool is a lovely addition adjoining the properties, big enough for everyone.
Beach chairs,towels,cool boxes,and snorkel equipment are all freely available,
Thanks to Kiki and Frans our visit to Aruba will be a memorable one, from Frans picking us up to and from the airport, sharing their knowledge about the best beaches and restaurants, and for the helping us to hire a car for our stay.

Frans en Kiki zijn lieve mensen waar je, je direct bij thuis voelt. Ze zijn er voor je wanneer nodig. Ze hebben mooie woningen tot in de puntjes verzorgt. Alles word keurig bij gehouden. Aruba is a great island for a wonderful vacation. The first time we stayed at 'the Palm Casita' and it was very good. That's why we stayed here again this time. This time we stayed at 'the Mango Casita' and it was great again. The next time we go to Aruba we book again at Kiki & Frans. They are very kind peole who are willing to help and suggestions for a pleasant holiday. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, offers privacy and a good swimming pool to lounge and cool off after a long day at the beach. The location is perfect. Near the beautiful beaches, eateries, Oranjestad and centrally located for the other sights. Really recommended!

Family of 4 includes 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located home. Mins from grocery store, mins away from Eagle beach, 10 mins away from main strip and palm beach. What was great was having the owners on site always there to give advise and recommendations. House was very clean and had everything you need to make you vacation a relaxing one. The pool in the back was nice to have a quick dip in the afternoon or late evening. Would definitely come back and stay here. You do need a car to explore this great island.

In August 2016 we've stayed in the Palm Casita at Bubali Garden Homes for a week. The reception by the owners (Kiki & Frans) was great, they're very friendly. The house is clean and very spacious for four people, it has everything you need. Beside this, they have a BBQ which you can use. There's a nice pool (that lights up in the evening) in the backyard that you share with the people in the other casita. Both casitas have their own terraces which you don't share. The house we had, had even two terraces which was perfect because we could choose to sit in the sun or in the shade. Kiki and Frans are great people who are always there to help you with whatever you want or need and they even brought us a few times to the beach when we didn't have a car yet. We highly recommend this place!

Having booked the day before arriving it turned out to be a great choice! Frans and Kiki's place was ideal to chill out in a quiet yet comfortable location with everything we needed to hand. Both were really helpful to recommend places to see on Aruba and where to eat out. Once we hired a car we were able to make the most of each day - Frans + Kiki let us borrow beach chairs and cooler bag to make our days out perfect! We had a great time and enjoyed the personal touch this place offers. Definitely recommend 🙂

La résidence est très propre et très bien équipée pour la vie de tous les jours. De plus, il y a des chaises, une glacière et des serviettes de plage à notre disposition. L'aménagement sécurisé du complexe et la merveilleuse piscine de la cours arrière nous a permis de relaxer durant toute notre séjour. We had a great time in Aruba,we felt like we were at home upon meeting Franz/Kiki.they catered to our every need and if we needed info,they were willing to oblige.we cannot say enough good things,the accommodations were very clean and comfortable

 

We were fortunate to spend five weeks at this resort. We found it to be very convent as far as location. Supermarkets very close by and the beach was only a few blocks away. The resort offered everything to make your stay a pleasant one. Would defiantly rent again if we have the opertunity to return. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.Would recommend it to any friend or family headed to Aruba. I would recommend having a car as other things are a ways away. Taxi's are available!

 

We were 2 couples who stayed 2 weeks in the 2 bedroom 2 bath casita and enjoyed it very much. The Eagle beach was a nice walk and there are 2 grocery stores nearby to shop for supplies. The outdoor living space really adds to the comfort. The kitchen was handy but it was fun to try some of the many restaurants for dinner. Great location for an affordable price. Kiki and Franz were exceptionally helpful which added to how much we enjoyed our trip. Thanks to them both for making it such pleasant trip.

 

 

Our stay here could not have been better. Our hoses (Frans and Kiki) were the most pleasant people. We were clost to grocery stores, beaches, and downtown. It was a fantastic vacation rental.

 

Outstanding property in close proximity to Eagle Beach and massive supermarket. Well maintained home with shared courtyard and pool. Not lacking much. The real bonus however is Kiki and Frans who are excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly hosts whom we enjoyed meeting and sharing a few drinks with. Insider information is very valuable.

We spend a wonderfull week in a wonderfull house. Kiki and Frans are welcoming hosts, always ready to help us if we need something. The house is very clean with all necessities. We enjoy the garden with the swimming pool, it's à quiet and great place close to beaches and supermarket. We had enjoy ouf stay.

This was my wife and I's first visit to Aruba. Frans and Kiki were quick to respond to my emails before our trip to answer any questions I had. Upon arrival, they warmly greeted us at the gate and showed us around the property and the house. The Palm Casita fit every requirement we could ask for. Location was less than five minutes from Eagle Beach and less than ten to Arashi, beach which they personally recommend. There are two large grocery stores less than a minute away. The house was well equipped with all cookware, hairdryer, lots of extra towels, AC in each bedroom, plus hot water in the shower. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler was also available. The pool was a welcome retreat from the afternoon heat or for a late night dip. The property is in a quiet area and very private. Frans and Kiki live next door and were always available if we needed anything and were more than happy to share island tips or give suggestions. We can not thank them enough for the hospitality they shared and the lovely rental they provided!

 

The owners, Kiki and Frans, were at the property to greet us upon our arrival. This nice couple showed my wife and 18-year old son the 2-bedroom casita in which we would stay. It was immaculate as was the rest of the property. There is air-conditionining in both bedrooms, a full kitchen, flat screen TV (we never used it), and comfortable beds. There is a small garden, as well as a larger garden out back. Plenty of outdoor areas to relax, either under the large covered patio or lounging by the pool. Along with the saltwater pool which is cleaned daily by Frans, we were supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and an ice chest, which we thought were very nice touches. We spent a week of scuba diving during our time there and the outdoor shower made it very easy to rinse our gear. There were plenty of sturdy clotheslines for us to hang our gear to dry. The casitas are conveniently located. They are within walking distance of Superfood (very nice American style supermarket) and other local markets and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the beach, 7 minutes to the high rise hotels, casinos, restaurants, and nightlife. 10 minutes to downtown Oranjestad. 20 minutes to the National Park. It took us 15 minutes to get from the airport to the casitas. No one was staying in the other casita during our stay, so we had plenty of privacy. Though, Kiki and Frans, live directly behind the property, they did not infringe on our privacy, but were readily available if we needed anything. Thanks again Kiki and Frans for everything! I cannot see ourselves staying anywhere else when in Aruba!

 

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The house was really clean and big enough for a family of four. Not a lot of room for restless boys to run around but in Aruba, you always have the beach. Convenient location, close to everything but away from the touristy crowds. Welcoming hosts that live just behind the property so easy enough if you need anything. Boys wanted a heated pool, but it usually warmed up by the afternoon enough for them to be comfortable. Would have liked a few extra kitchen supplies, but overall a very nice, comfortable stay.

 

Perfect house two nice size bedrooms, very clean, great pool, owners extremely helpful, very nice Dutch couple. Would def go back in the future!

 

We had a lovely vacation here and extremely enjoyed having use of 4 beach chairs and towels which made our daily trips to the beach that much easier. This rental is just a few minutes away from the beaches, plenty of restaurants nearby also. If you do not have a rental car I would strongly urge you to get one. I use Wheels2Go anytime I am visiting Aruba. They are wonderful and will meet you right at the airport with the rental car. It is far easier going this route. Grocery stores are all nearby as well. The hosts, Kiki & Frans are lovely people who will make your stay enjoyable. They take pride in their property and it shows.

 

Stayed here with 4 people (2 couples). Everything is as new. Nice bedrooms with adjacent bathooms, exactly as on the pictures. Beds are good. Helpfull owners. Located on quiet road. Walking distance to supermarkt. 5 minutes to Eagle Beach by car. New and clean swimming pool. Areas in the shade and in the sun. Lovely breeze.

 

We brought our family of four for a week's vacation. The casita was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all of the everyday necessities needed to function daily. Our boys enjoyed the pool everyday and we enjoyed being able to enjoy our breakfast on the front porch every morning or just lounge by the pool every evening. Kiki and Frans we're extremely gracious, warm, and hospitable hosts. They were always available to answer any questions we had and they made sure they recommended the various sites and attractions on the island. They maintain the property everyday and it shows! The location is excellent as well as it is near several grocery stores and only minutes away from all of the popular beaches and hotel/resorts on the west end of the island. There are also a multitude of great restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was our home away from home.

 

we stayed 8 nights at mango casita it had all we need and beyond . very clean very new . the space outside the house is large and attractive , gardens with coconuts trees , mango trees etc . the pool excellent at day and night . you will find like at home with kyky and frans , realy very friendly and kind persons that we enjoyed spending some time with them . anything you may need for the beach is available no need to bring coolers chairs snorkeling equipment etc. WELL LOCATED , VERY CLOSE ( BY CAR ) TO BEACHES , FOOD STORES , RESTAURANTS , NIGHT ACTIVITIES LIKE CASINOS MALLS ETC, EVEN DOWN TOWN ORANJESTAAD .

 

We stayed with 3 persons at Palm casita, a real nice appartment. More then enough space in the bedrooms and living room as well. Nice clean bathroom and kitchen completed the house. A real nice swimming pool (which is being cleaned every day). besides this we got shower and beach towells, beach chairs and coolers. Kiki and Frans (the Owners of the appartment) are allways helpfull and very kind!

 

My friend and I stayed at Palm Casita for a week and it was absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a relaxing getaway and that's exactly what we found at this property. Conveniently located very close to several supermarkets, Eagle Beach (which is lovely!) and the high-rise hotel area, the apartment is spacious and stocked with everything one would need to feel comfortable while on vacation. I would even venture to say it's bigger and more modern than it appears in the photos. When we arrived, we were warmly met by Kiki and Frans and given a tour to become acquainted with the property. It was evident that they were quite proud of the property, which really feels like a mini resort once within the gates, and rightfully so. The grounds were very well maintained (flowers everywhere!) and the pool was clean and at a nice temperature. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, there were plenty of clean shower and beach towels and the A/C worked great in the bedrooms. We were fortunate enough to book our stay at a time when the Mango Casita (second apartment on the property) was vacant, so this afforded us even greater privacy and exclusive use of the pool, beach chairs and coolers. Throughout our stay, Kiki and Frans remained accessible, but respected our privacy. If we ever called upon them, they responded promptly with care and even took extra time to review maps of the island and give us personal recommendations of restaurants and activities around the island. The booking process could have been slightly more organized, but I honestly think that any bumps were a result of both Kiki and I becoming familiar with how to efficiently use the VRBO site at the same time. I can attest to Kiki being very trustworthy and organized. In fact, my damage deposit was refunded to me before I even boarded my return flight home. I wholeheartedly endorse Palm Casita as a great place to vacation - enjoy!

 

We were in February 3 weeks at the Palm Casita. It’s a perfect location. The most beautiful beaches (Eagle Beach & Palm Beach) in Aruba are around the corner. For groceries we went to the supermarket (Superfood), that’s around the corner. It’s also an ideal location for exploring the rest of the island. The Californian Lighthouse, Arikok National Park, Oranjestad (the capital of Aruba), and the other beautiful beaches/snorkel spots on the island are within short time easily reached by car. We rented a car to discover the whole island. It is ideal that you can park the car on site. The Palm Casita is a large house with spacious bedrooms, clean bathroom, spacious living room and a kitchen (including a bar where you can sit) with a modern refrigerator. Our favorite spot was the large veranda on the front. Every morning we had had a relaxed breakfast and sometimes when we stayed at home a nice private diner in the evening. The pool is lovely to wake up in the morning or refreshing after a long day on the beach. Behind the pool is a wonderful well maintained garden where we had lunch sometimes and a beautiful spot for the barbeque. Thanks to the privacy, good location, spacious homes, fine pool and nice garden it has a wonderful atmosphere to every need. We had three fine weeks in Aruba and that was certainly contributed by this great accommodation!
